I know I painted an autumn scene just last week, but the colours are so tasty that I just couldn't resist using them again!
But this time, it's more of an abstract! I use stencils, palette knives and sponges to create a looser effect -- just the vibe of fall trees reflecting on a lake. It was fun to create and I really hope you'll give it a try. The advantage of using tools other than paint brushes is that it keeps you from trying to make it 'perfect' because you really CAN'T be as precise with a palette knife or a sponge. All that's left is for you to PLAY!
